Most important smartphone specification that consumers desire in their phones.
KAJANG: Smartphone era has led people to have the newest and latest specification on their smartphone, but which specification is the most important to consumer?
Among 100 respondent from online survey, 98 of them own a smartphone.
As seen with the result, Malaysia consumers is mostly using a smartphone. Smartphone is counted as an essential daily tool.
With 10 people that does not choose their smartphone based on the specification of the smartphone.
As shown about in the pie chart, 30.6% of the respondent is more concern about their processor as their most important specification. No one likes a phone that slows you down.
Screen size is the least important specification for a lot of people.
eCommerceMILO (2014) said that ” To our surprise (and possibly yours too), Malaysia fares better in mobile landscape compared to most Southeast Asia countries, and even United States.”
Smartphone specifications have come a long way and will continue to get better for consumers. Technology will always advance and not go backwards.
